Comprehensive robotisation of welding

We design, build and commission robotic welding stations tailored to production processes – from concept and design through to implementation, training and maintenance.

Process analysis

We analyse the welding process, identify opportunities for automation and select the appropriate technological solution.

Comprehensive service

We handle the entire process – from the design and construction of the workstation, through commissioning, right through to maintenance and technical support.

Tailored solutions

We design each workstation with the process, the details and the client’s production requirements in mind.

Commissioning and training

We install and commission the workstation at the customer’s premises and train the operators and programmers.

Service and support

We provide a fast service, technical support, access to spare parts and assistance with the expansion and modernisation of workstations.

Proven technologies

We build test benches using SIASUN equipment and tried-and-tested components from reputable manufacturers.

What does the implementation involve?

DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF THE WORKSTATION

We design each robotic workstation individually, taking into account the manufacturing process, the type of components and the customer’s production requirements. We provide complete turnkey solutions, offering full support from design right through to the start of production.

A complete workstation may consist of:

  •  A SIASUN industrial robot tailored to the application.
  •  A welding power source and a full set of welding equipment.
  •  A specialised device for clamping and positioning workpieces.
  •  A welding positioner tailored to the process.
  •  A security cell that complies with current standards.
  •  Programming the robot and configuring the entire workstation.
  •  Installation, commissioning and process optimisation at the customer’s premises.
  • CE technical documentation and operator training.

We carry out every project with a focus on high-quality welding, workplace safety and maximum production efficiency.

Why is it worth automating welding?

THE BENEFITS OF ROBOTIC WELDING

The introduction of a robotic welding station helps to increase production efficiency, improve welding quality and reduce the costs associated with manual labour. Robotisation ensures a stable process, greater safety and repeatability for every component.

  •  Greater productivity – the robot can operate in multi-shift mode, increasing the rate of production and minimising downtime.
  • Lower production costs – automation helps to reduce labour costs and make more efficient use of production resources.
  • Consistent welding quality – every weld is carried out with the same precision, eliminating errors resulting from manual work.
  • Greater safety – the robot takes over the most demanding and dangerous welding operations, thereby improving safety for operators.
  •  A solution to the shortage of welders – the robot supports production and helps to maintain continuity of operations even when there is a shortage of skilled workers.
  • A quick return on investment – thanks to increased productivity and reduced operating costs, the investment can pay for itself in a relatively short time.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does a robotic welding station cost?

The price of a robotic welding station depends on the type of robot, the welding power source, the tooling, the safety systems and the degree of process automation. We quote for each project individually following an analysis of the customer’s requirements. Please contact us and we will prepare a free quotation tailored to your production needs.

The lead time depends on the complexity of the project and the scope of the workstation’s equipment. It includes design, construction, installation, commissioning and operator training. We will provide a detailed schedule once the project specifications have been finalised.

The robot does not completely replace the welder – it takes over repetitive and demanding welding tasks. The operator supervises the workstation, prepares the workpieces and checks the quality of the welds.

We design workstations using SIASUN industrial robots, for which we are the sole certified distributor in Poland. We select the appropriate robot model based on the process requirements and production volume.

Yes. We provide a comprehensive service – from the design and commissioning of the workstation, through operator training, to after-sales service and technical support following implementation.

Yes. We design each robotic workstation individually, taking into account the type of production, the specific components, the technical requirements and the available space at the plant. This ensures that the customer receives a solution tailored to their needs.
