The minimum budget of PLN 250,000 and above covers a stand for a single process (robot reach of up to 2 m, payload up to 12 kg); if the plan is broader or the production volume higher, check out the sample pricing below to estimate the right range more quickly.
  • Position for small-scale production: "from PLN 250-290,000" - 1 robot, basic tooling, operator training, implementation; for smaller volumes. An example of such a station is the one in the photos below.
  • Position for medium-sized production: "from PLN 390-520,000" - robot + rotary table + turntables + integration of welding machine + sensors; for medium production volumes.
  • Position for high volume production: "from PLN 650-900k" - Multi-module stand, advanced safety, full support and fast changeover; for high production work.

We start by learning about the process, select the right components, prepare a visualisation of the workstation and workflow, and then send a complete quote with an implementation plan.

Step 1 - Getting to know the process

You fill in a form and then have a, brief conversation and checklists of the process: target, volume, tact, quality requirements, space, integrations with existing line.

Step 2 - Component selection

Based on the data, we select the robot, tooling (e.g. rotary tables, turntables), accessories and safety systems according to the required tact and quality.

Step 3 - Visualising the position

We prepare a 2D/3D layout and visualisation of the process flow to show ergonomics, cycle times and integration points.

Step 4 - Pricing and implementation plan

You receive a cost estimate with options, estimated ROI and schedule: design → construction → installation → training.

Step 5 - Decision and next steps

Once approved, we book production dates, run FAT/SAT, hand over the workstation and train your team.
