You fill in a form and then have a, brief conversation and checklists of the process: target, volume, tact, quality requirements, space, integrations with existing line.
Based on the data, we select the robot, tooling (e.g. rotary tables, turntables), accessories and safety systems according to the required tact and quality.
We prepare a 2D/3D layout and visualisation of the process flow to show ergonomics, cycle times and integration points.

Once approved, we book production dates, run FAT/SAT, hand over the workstation and train your team.
